There are a few requirements for this class as well as your sewing kit & a sewing machine . You will need a long needle, small black beads or buttons for the eyes and paper or card for templates. In terms of fabric, you will need 3/4 metre for the body, 3 x 1/2 metre of coordinating fabrics for the tails & wings, 1/2 metre polyester wadding, 1/4 metre yellow fabric for the legs & feet & beak, 3/4 metre calico for the lining, odd pieces of red felt for the comb & waddles, polyester stuffing.Spinning Weal will provide the linen thread for the binding of the legs and the wire for the bags & feet.
